Hire The Hall
The hall is available for hire for Poulshot Residents and others outside of the Village
To hire the hall, please use the booking options below.
If you are a resident of Poulshot, please choose the Residents Only booking.
As part of the booking process you will be asked to agree to our Hire Agreement along with our Hire Conditions And Safety Recommendations. If you wish to hold an event in the hall that includes specified entertainment types, you may require a license. If you are in any doubt please contact us.
If you wish to hire the hall for longer periods or extended periods (such as longer than 6 hrs) please contact us to discuss - we are very likely able to help and reduce some of the costs.
The bookings secretary will confirm your booking and send the Conditions of Hire and Hire Agreement for you to sign. Once completed, your booking will be confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, if you wish to reserve the Small Hall or just access to the Toilets only, please contact the bookings secretary directly. We also, depending on availability, hire out our tables and chairs for a small fee.
We are always happy to negotiate a discount for extensive use. Our booking policy and agreement may add additional costs to bookings for certain events, please contact us if you are unsure. Local Government hires are currently all set at the non-resident rate.

The Hall has a wheelchair, which can be borrowed for use at the Hall itself, or in and around the village by Poulshot residents. Should you need to borrow it outside the confines of the Hall, please call Jon or Elizabeth Martin on 01380 82 82 06
